Rhubarb Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. butter
2 egg yolks
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. rhubarb
cinnamon
2 egg whites
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Mix first five ingredients together and put in pie shell.
Put rhubarb on top of the mixture.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
Take from oven.
Beat egg whites and add 3 tablespoons sugar and cream of tartar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
