Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can pizza sauce
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
Preparation

Cook ground beef in 10-inch skillet, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain thoroughly.
Stir in pizza sauce and 2 tablespoons flour.
Heat to boiling.
Boil and stir one minute. Pour into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Sprinkle with cheeses. With a fork, beat eggs, milk and 1 cup flour and green onions until blended.
Pour over cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until puffy and golden brown.
Serve immediately.
