Chicken Paprika - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) broiler chicken, cut up
    1/3 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 medium onions, sliced thin
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. nonfat sour cream
Preparation
    Coat chicken in flour and reserve leftover flour.
    Brown chicken in oil and remove.
    In oil stir in onions and flour and cook for 2 minutes.
    Add water, bouillon, paprika, salt and pepper.
    Stir and add chicken.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer 25 minutes or until tender.
    Remove chicken from skillet and stir in sour cream.
    Serve over egg noodles, spaetzle or hot cooked rice. Serves 4.
