Spuds Ala Elegant - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
4 c. hot mashed potatoes (may use instant)
1 beaten egg
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper

Preparation

Blend cream cheese into potatoes.
Add other ingredients and mix to blend.
Bake in 1-quart casserole 45 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serve at once.
