Cucumbers In Sour Cream Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 to 4 cucumbers
2 Tbsp. salt
1 to 1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. minced chives (optional)

Preparation

Slice cucumbers thin, sprinkle with salt and let stand for a couple of hours.
Rinse in cold water and squeeze out.
Mix other ingredients and fold cucumbers into sauce.
