Cheddar Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    2 c. shredded Cheddar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 slices bacon, fried crisply
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    9-inch unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Cook spinach and drain well on paper towel.
    Toss Cheddar cheese with flour.
    Add spinach, milk, eggs, bacon and seasonings. Mix well.
    Pour into pastry shell and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Garnish with additional bacon, if desired.
    (I usually double the bacon.)
