Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. half and half or canned milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. white/black pepper
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped
    1 can crabmeat
    1/2 c. mild Cheddar cheese (for topping)
    5 whole potatoes
Preparation
    Bake potatoes at 450\u00b0 until done (or you can bake in the microwave).
    Spoon out baked potato and mix with the remaining ingredients.
    Fill potato skins with mixture and bake with cheese topping at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
