Super-Crisp Country Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    shortening for frying
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 tsp. m.s.g. (Accent)
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 frying chicken (2 1/2 to 3 lb.)
Preparation
    Blend milk and egg.
    Combine flour and seasoning in plastic or paper bag.
    Shake chicken in the seasoned flour.
    Dip chicken pieces in milk-egg mixture.
    Shake chicken a second time in seasoning mixture to coat thoroughly and evenly.
    Shallow or deep fry in hot oil.
    Makes four servings.
