Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 pt. half and half
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 deep-dish pie crusts
    grated cheese
    paprika
    1/4 c. cold butter
Preparation
    Cook pie shells at 350\u00b0 for about 10 minutes. Line with browned, drained sausage. Cover with cheese. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over sausage and cheese. Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter.
    Bake for 35 to 40 more minutes.
