Quick Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans Tender Chunk chicken
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Longhorn or Cheddar cheese, grated
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 onion, chopped
2 cans mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies, drained
Preparation

Drain and flake chicken.
Mix with onions and half of cheese. Spread in center of tortillas and roll up.
Place in a greased casserole dish.
Mix soup, sour cream and drained chilies.
Pour over enchiladas and top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is melted.
