Campfire Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium size potatoes, peeled
    1 onion, sliced
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Slice potatoes in aluminum foil.
    Add onions, butter and cheese; season to taste.
    Wrap up in aluminum foil.
    Put on fire for about 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serve hot.
