Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cut up
salt to taste
1/2 stick melted margarine
2 c. fresh bread crumbs
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation

Season chicken with salt and dip in margarine.
Combine all other ingredients.
Roll chicken in margarine again and then in crumb mix.
Place in foil-lined baking dish, skin side up. Sprinkle with any remaining margarine and crumbs.
Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until crispy brown.
