Fried Turkey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 lb. turkey, thawed and washed
seasoning salt
oil
2 eggs, beaten well
4 Tbsp. Pet milk
2 Tbsp. flour
1 large chicken, cut up in frying pieces
salt and pepper
dry flour (for flouring chicken)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Dip chicken in batter and roll in dry flour.
Fry in deep, hot oil.
