Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. white Karo syrup
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 c. pecans
1 large pie shell
Preparation

Beat eggs lightly.
Add syrup, brown sugar, salt, lemon juice and flavoring.
Mix well.
Stir in pecans and pour in large unbaked pie shell.
Bake 10 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 40 minutes.
