Sunday Roast With Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. sirloin tip, round, rump or chuck roast
    Accent powder
    meat tenderizer
    salt and pepper
    flour
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    2 1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Sprinkle roast with Accent, tenderizer, salt and pepper. Flour all
    sides of roast well.\tBrown in skillet with hot oil on
    all sides. Place roast in a large Dutch oven and pour soups and waters,
    which
    have
    all been mixed together, over roast. Bake at\t350\u00b0
    for
    2 1/2 hours turning once after first 1 1/4 hours of baking time.
    May add carrots and potatoes at turning time if you desire.
