Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
4 eggs
1 small pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 small onion
salt and pepper to taste
grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Make your favorite pie crust using a well-greased 8-inch pie plate.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
