Jacques' Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen French-style green beans, cooked and drained
    1/4 c. Italian salad dressing
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3 large chicken breasts, cooked and chilled
    1/4 c. whipping cream, whipped
    1 c. diced celery
    3 lettuce cups
    mayonnaise
    2 tsp. drained capers
    6 tomato slices
    6 ripe olives
    2 hard-cooked eggs, quartered
Preparation
    Combine beans and Italian dressing.
    Chill several hours, stirring occasionally.
    Cut 3 thin slices from chicken breasts. Reserve.
    Cube the remaining chicken.
    Fold the 1/2 cup mayonnaise into whipped cream.
    Fold cubed chicken, celery, 1/2 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper into mayonnaise mixture.
    Chill well.
