Kathie'S Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. raw lean, cubed beef
    1 onion, quartered
    3 to 4 potatoes, cubed (depending on size)
    2 (9-inch) pie crusts, prepared
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Thaw pie crusts according to package directions.
    Place one crust in bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.
    Cube potatoes, beef and quarter onion.
    Place in pie crust.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Cover with second pie crust.
    Vent with knife (slits).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until potatoes are tender.
    Cover with foil if crust becomes brown too quickly.
