Ingredients

1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
strawberry sauce

Preparation

Beat heavy cream until stiff on low speed.
Beat in sour cream along with powdered sugar and vanilla.
Chill mixture while preparing Strawberry Sauce and crepes.
