Elegant Party Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 c. milk
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    9 oz. nondairy whipped topping or 8 oz. Cool Whip
    20 oz. can crushed pineapple
    1 can coconut
    crushed walnuts
    cherries
Preparation
    Prepare cake as directed on package.
    Pour batter onto floured cookie sheet with sides.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Set aside. Cool 5 minutes.
    Dissolve pudding with milk and set aside.
    Cream the cheese.
    Add whipped topping and beat.
    Add pudding and beat again.
    Mixture should be the consistency of whipped cream. Spread mixture over cooled cake.
    Drain pineapple well and spread over pudding mixture, then sprinkle with coconut and crushed walnuts.
    Put cherry in each square (30 squares).
