Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced carrots
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/4 c. or 6 soda crackers, crushed
    1/2 c. grated sharp or Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook carrots in salted water for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain.
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Combine carrots, onion salt, green pepper, and pepper.
    Alternate layers of carrots and crumbs in greased baking dish.
    Then pour on butter and top with cheese and bake 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Serves 6.
