Cream Cheese Cake Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box graham crackers, made into crumbs (use all but 10 crackers for crumbs)
    3/4 c. melted butter
    2 lb. 3 oz. cream cheese, softened at room temperature
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    6 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix butter and crumbs and line a 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan. Beat the sugar, eggs and vanilla together until smooth and creamy (at least 5 minutes).
    Pour over crust.
    Bake 20 minutes at 375\u00b0. Cool slightly.
    Top with following mixture.
