Crunchy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinned and boneless chicken breast halves*
    1/2 C. Italian salad dressing
    2 1/2 C. cornflakes, crushed
Preparation
    Place chicken in a shallow dish or zip-top plastic bag; add salad dressing. Cover or seal; refrigerate 1 hour. Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade. Dredge chicken in cornflakes; place on a rack in a broiler pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until tender. Yield 4 servings.
