Microwave Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dry roasted peanuts
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. dark corn syrup
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. oleo
Preparation
    Use a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Stir peanuts, sugar and syrup; cook for 8 minutes on High, stirring well after 4 minutes.
    Add butter and vanilla; cook 1 minute on High.
    Add baking soda quickly; stir until foamy.
    Pour into greased pizza pan.
    Cool 30 minutes.
    Lift out and break up with a spoon.
    This is much better than Sophie Mae.
