Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c chopped green onions
1/2 c chopped white onions
1 bell pepper
1 tsp dried minced onions
1 cup uncooked rice
1/3 c butter
1 lb shrimp, peeled & cleaned
1 large can tomatoes
1 can chicken broth
2 bay leaves
Dash tabasco
Preparation

Saute onions, bell pepper
&
garlic in butter.
Add rice & brown lightly, add tomatoes, broth, bay leaves, dash tabasco. Stir well and add 1 cup water.
Cook slowly, covered for about 30 to 40 mins.
Leave a little juicey.
Serves 6 to 8.
