Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 lb. bacon, chopped
2 c. half and half
2 cans creamed corn
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute bacon and onion.
Add potato and cover with water. Bring to a boil.
Add corn and simmer.
Add cream, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Ready to serve.
