Crunchy Crust For Peaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 large egg (or 1 c. milk and 1 Tbsp. butter)
Preparation
    Mix together flour, sugar and egg.
    Spoon on top of slightly sweetened peaches that have been put in baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown and bubbly.
