Egg Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Use mixer.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add sugar gradually. Add cream of tartar, salt and vanilla.
    Mix until stiff.
    Bake at about 250\u00b0 for 1 hour or longer.
