Cream Cheese Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
4 Tbsp. milk
8 c. confectioners sugar
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
2 c. nuts
3 Tbsp. rum extract (optional)
Preparation

Melt chocolate.
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add sugar, then melted chocolate.
Add vanilla, salt, nuts and optional flavoring.
Pour in pan on aluminum foil; cool and cut.
Yields 3 pounds.
