Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 c. scalded milk
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. cold water
    1/2 c. warm water
    7 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Heat and mix shortening and milk; stir until melted.
    Add sugar, salt and cold water.
    Add eggs after taking off stove.
    Mix well.
    Add yeast and 1/2 of the flour and beat until well mixed. Add rest of flour.
    Place in bowl and let it rise.
    Place in oven at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour or until brown.
