Tabouli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 bunches parsley
    1 c. fine burghul (#1 cracked wheat)
    2-3 bunches scallion
    2 tomatoes, chopped fine
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. oil
    Salt, pepepr to taste
    1 cucumber, peeled, cut in 4's
Preparation
    Wash parsley & chop fine.
    In bowl, cover burghul with warm water to soak for 10 mins. Water will be absorbed.
    Combine parsley, soft, drained burghul and remainder of ingredients. Refrigerate.
