Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, boiled and deboned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
1 c. chicken broth (put to the side)
2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 stick butter
1 c. rice
Preparation

Cut deboned chicken into small pieces.
Mix soup, sour cream and poppy seed.
Put chicken in casserole dish.
Pour sour cream mixture on top.
Melt butter and add butter to Ritz crackers.
Mix well.
Put on top of casserole.
Cook at 375\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
