Chicken Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. curry powder
    3 Tbsp. butter (not margarine)
    1 apple, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. heavy cream (no substitution)
    8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    salt
    paprika
Preparation
    Brown curry powder with melted butter for 1 minute. Add apple and onion.
    Brown for 2 minutes. Add cream of mushroom soup and cream. Remove from heat.
    Arrange chicken in single layer in a baking dish. Salt and paprika well. Pour cream mixture over chicken. Bake uncovered in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
