Moist Rolled Oat Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. oatmeal
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. chocolate chips

Preparation

Mix together and let stand 15 minutes the boiling water and oatmeal.
