Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. soda
1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
3 c. apples, diced
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients with exception of sugar.
Add oil and vanilla to dry ingredients and beat until it forms a very smooth batter.
In separate bowl, beat eggs until thick and foamy. Gradually add sugar and continue beating until well blended.
Fold egg and sugar mixture thoroughly into flour batter.
Add pecans and apples.
Bake in Bundt pan in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
