Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 c. raw rice
    4 c. tomato juice
    1/4 c. salsa (if desired)
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper as desired
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and green pepper; drain. Add other ingredients to meat in a 2-quart casserole. Stir well. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
