Chicken Dijon - cooking recipe

1/2 (8 oz.) carton plain, unsweetened, low-fat yogurt
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
8 (3 oz.) chicken breast halves, skinned
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
Preparation

Combine yogurt and mustard, stirring until well blended. Brush breast halves evenly with yogurt mixture and dredge in bread crumbs.
