Italian Shredded Beef For Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. roast (any cut)
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1/2 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
    1 capful vinegar
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    The night before serving, place roast and beef cubes and 1/2 cup water in a crock-pot.
    In the morning add 1/2 pkg.
    mix, vinegar, oregano and garlic salt; cook all day.
    Before serving, tear meat into shreds with 2 forks.
    Serve on hard rolls and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
