Creamy Potluck Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. peeled and cut up potatoes (6 c.)
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, cook potatoes, covered in enough boiling salted water to cover, for 10 to 12 minutes or until just tender. Drain and rinse with cold water.
