Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    tomato sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
    Shape into meatballs (makes 11 to 13 per pound).
    Brown in 400\u00b0 preheated oven for 10 minutes on each side in ungreased pan.
    Then simmer in tomato sauce for 1/2 hour.
