Chicken Okowa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. mochi-gome (mochi rice)
    1.5 oz. kampyo
    5 large shiitake
    3 chicken breasts
    1 small can takenoko
    4 good sized gobo
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Wash and then soak the mochi-gome for 8 hours.
    Soak kampyo and shiitake for 1 hour.
    Cut up chicken into small pieces, also the takenoko, gobo, kampyo and shiitake.
