Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. cooked pumpkin
    2 c. Milnot
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. nut meats (optional)
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour, salt and spices together; stir into pumpkin. Add Milnot and eggs.
    Add nuts at this point, if used.
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for another 25 to 30 minutes or until filling is firm (when knife inserted in pie comes out clean).
    Garnish with whipped Milnot topping.
