Vickie'S Chicken And Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken, boiled and deboned or use 4 to 5 chicken breasts
1 stick margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tsp. chili powder
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
spaghetti
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Brown in skillet, margarine, onion and garlic.
Add chili powder, tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup and water.
Stir to mix well.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Add chopped chicken.
Cook spaghetti according to directions on package.
Place spaghetti in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour sauce over cooked and drained spaghetti.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top and place in oven until cheese is melted.
Stir.
Garnish with more cheese if desired.
