Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large ears corn (2 c.)
    4 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    few dashes cayenne pepper (red pepper)
    3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Beat 5 large eggs; add corn, flour, sugar, salt and pepper. Warm milk in which margarine has been added.
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    After about 20 minutes, stir thoroughly.
