Yeast Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. milk, scalded
    1/4 c. butter
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix salt, sugar and yeast in 1 cup flour.
    Melt butter in scalded milk.
    Add to flour mixture and beat well.
    Add beaten egg.
    Mix well.
    Add remaining flour and let rise in warm place 1 hour.
    Stir down and spoon into greased muffin tins.
    Let rise 1 hour.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until browned.
    Yields 12 muffins.
