Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 carrots, sliced thin
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 green pepper
    2 green onions (tops included)
Preparation
    Chop onions and green pepper; saute in oleo.
    Add parsley. Boil carrots until tender; drain and add to other ingredients. Add sugar; mix well.
