Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    3/4 c. rice
    small onion, chopped
    Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
    Accent seasoning
    4 medium to large bell peppers
    grated cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Cook rice and let cool. Wash and cut the tops out of the bell peppers.
    Mix the ground chuck, cooked rice, onions and whatever amount of the other ingredients you want completely.
    Stuff this into the bell peppers.
    Wrap into aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour or until peppers are done.
    Cut bell peppers in half and top with grated cheese.
