Pineapple-Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 skinned chicken breasts
1 can chunk pineapple
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. lemon juice or orange
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic
2 Tbsp. jelly or preserves
Preparation

Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
Add to juice the cornstarch, mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic (sliced) and jelly.
Place skinned breasts layered in Pam coated baking dish.
Broil ten minutes at 400\u00b0 until brown on top. Remove when browned.
Arrange pineapple around browned chicken. Spoon sauce over chicken and pineapple chunks.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
