Ingredients

1 sugar cookie dough stick
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pineapple or apricot preserves
2 Tbsp. water
fresh fruit (strawberries, bananas, kiwi, etc.)
Preparation

Press cookie stick flat on aluminum pizza pan.
Prick holes in top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
Let cool completely.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, then spread on cooked, cooled cookie dough.
Arrange sliced fruit on top.
Mix preserves and water and spoon over fruit.
