Seven Cup Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. grated coconut
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. fruit cocktail, drained
1 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation

In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and put in icebox for several hours or at least one day.
The reason for this is the salad actually improves in taste after it sets in icebox.
